How to Start a Return
To request a return for eligible items, contact us at hello@holdandkeep.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@holdandkeep.com.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return for the eligible item, then place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.
